1. DO YOU JUST PAINT OR DO YOU ALSO PERFORM FULL ROOF RESTORATIONS?

We can just paint, but for the best results, we recommend you fully restore your roof. Our restoration work includes complete repair, renovation and painting – this ensures the roof both looks good and functions well as a protective barrier against the elements.

2. ARE YOU LICENSED?

Yes, we are trade licenced Waterwise accredited.

3. HOW LONG WILL MY FULL ROOF REPAIRS AND RESTORATION TAKE TO COMPLETE?

It takes approximately 2 to 3 days, weather permitting, and our qualified team will ensure that there is no disruption to your day-to-day life.

4. ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, both for our workers and for your home!

5. DO YOU TAKE SAFETY MEASURES?

We never cut corners for safety. While this might add to the cost of the job, we are very diligent in adhering to all occupational health and safety measures relevant to our workplace: your roof.

6. HOW WIDE IS YOUR COLOUR RANGE?

We have an excellent colour range. We can even source out-of-production tiles to match your roof. Try our Paint Previewer and see what your new roof will look like before we even start working. Please note that the Paint Previewer is only an indication of colour. Finished results may vary.

7. WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?

We have a 10-year guarantee on our roof coatings from Acryloc Roof Membrane, and 12 months for workmanship on full roof restorations.

10. DO YOU HAVE QUALITY CONTROL CHECK?

On completion of works, the qualified team doing your job will carry out a thorough inspection to ensure the quality of work adheres to our strict standards. If anything falls short, we’ll fix it up on the spot, and if you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Director Geoff personally and he’ll see to it that you get what you need.

11. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN’T FIX?

If the house is designed in such a way that we can’t get to the problem, or if the design itself is causing water to run in the wrong direction, then sorry, we can’t! You’ll need a builder!

12. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT TILES ON HAND?

We have access to an almost unlimited range of current-production and discontinued tiles. If we can’t find a perfect match, we’ll use the closest thing we can find, swap out the broken tiles and hide the new ones in an inconspicuous area of the roof.

13. DO YOU DO ON-THE-SPOT REPAIRS?

If possible, yes! We sure do!
