CARL HENDRICKSON

As the owner of Homestyle Roof Painters, Carl is actively involved in all aspects of the business. Some might say he needs to work less – he’s always either on the phone or on site, making sure each and every project passes his personal seal of approval. Carl has built this relentless quest for perfection into every facet of the company’s day-to-day operations, from the first call to the final sign-off.

Carl says that in any great business, you need the right people behind you, and for him, his hardworking staff are everything. After all, they’re the people that make everything possible.

Carl’s interests include motor bike racing, jet skiing, long beach walks, fine dining and an ale at the end of the day. Carl enjoys spending quality time with his wife Gayle and his 3 great kids.

HELEN MCCAULEY

Helen is the glue that holds everything at Homestyle together. Her specialty is making sure every roof painting or restoration runs smoothly. Helen does all the coordination, job scheduling and materials ordering with true grace, and Carl is proud to vouch for her professionalism and experience, as well as her wicked dry sense of humour.

Helen loves her grand kids. She is devoted to her family (her real one, not just her Homestyle one!) and she drives a Ford XR6 known as 007. Carl says Helen’s a cool gran.

LANNA SUTHERLAND

Lanna is our office assistant. As the first point of contact for our customers, she’s probably the person you’ll be dealing with when you first ring us up. She is a wiz on the computer and a great person to work with. She also has a knack of keeping us all calm and makes life in the office fun. She also has a wicked sense of humor.

Lanna is a very proud Mum of 2 daughters. The youngest keeps her young with all the activities she does including ballet, swimming & rugby. This is better known as Mum’s taxi.

HAYLEY KING

Hayley is our second office assistant. She is a marvel at collecting all the required information together and entering data. She brings a bright bubbly personality into the mix and is willing to give her all to get the job done.

Hayley and her partner have 3 beautiful girls who keep them on their toes. They are always looking for new adventures on the weekends.

JASON PANTON

Jason is a family man with two grown daughters. Jason has lived locally for 15 years and comes with a wealth of experience as a roofing specialist within the roofing industry. Jason is very keen on doing up old cars particularly Fords.

Jason is in the Army Reserves and in his spare time loves to go camping, surfing and fishing with a coldie.

RAY MALLER

The key to a great job is in the preparation. Ray’s ability to do this is second to none. It isn’t easy to work on a wet roof all day, but Ray’s a natural, and he has an uncanny eye for detail. Ray is a great worker and fits in really well with the team. Ray is also pretty handy with the spray gun!!!

Ray enjoys fishing, horse racing, XXXX beer, and his family – in no particular order!

BRAD HENDRICKSON

Brad is a fully qualified roof painter with Homestyle Roof Painters. The skills that he has learnt in such a short time are very impressive. He is learning heaps being surrounded by so much knowledge and experience, and every day displays a real knack for both the technical skills and customer service angle of his profession.

Brad is a great son and enjoys hanging with his mates, racing his bike, surfing and spending quality time with his family. He is on his P Plates. Watch out, road users!

ALWYN WEBB

Alwyn has been repairing tin and tile roofs for over 30 years. Alwyn is a walking encyclopaedia with his experience. Carl rates Alwyn the best roofing specialist in the industry, not just for his strong work ethic, but also for his friendly attitude.

On the weekends, Alwyn enjoys kicking up his heels and tinkering on old cars.

ANTHONY WEBB

Anthony brings many good skills to Homestyle. He is extremely good at repairs and painting. Nothing is too hard for Anthony. He has a knack of getting the job done well.

On the weekends Anthony enjoys relaxing and spending time with his son doing what father and son do. A lot of fishing.

CHRIS ARAM

Chris has been in the painting and decoration trade all his life. He brings with him a wealth of skill and knowledge. He is meticulous with his work, and like all our staff, has great attention to detail. We hope he never retires!

Chris is a proud father and grandfather and very much a family man. He loves his meetings with his mates talking about their beloved old hot rods and classic cars.

BARRY SADLIER

Barry is an extremely experienced roofer and also has many other skills and can put his hand to work at almost anything.

Barry is a dedicated family man and spends quality time with his family every chance he gets. He enjoys 4 wheel drives and just kicking back with the kids.

JACKSON NICHOLSON

Jackson is a hardworking and efficient young man. He is always willing to give everything a go and doesn’t give up when the job gets tough.

On the weekend he enjoys hanging out with his friends, 4wding on the beach and playing sports. Go All Blacks!

MITCHELL ROCK

Mitchell is a confident and hardworking man who is dedicated to ensuring all his work is completed the right way the first time.

Mitch is a father of two young kids. On the weekends he enjoys time with his wife and children, working around his home and riding dirt bikes.

JED KLEYN

Jed is a driven young man who has been a roofing specialist for 14 years already. He has come into our Homestyle family recently but fits right in. He works hard and always has his eye on the finer details to make sure the final product is perfect.

He likes boating, camping and fishing.
